To return an item, please call for assistance at 1-800-290-9998, Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time.If a customer receives incorrect product or product that was damaged upon arrival, then please contact Johnston Original Artdolls at 800-290-9998 or returnpolicy@artdolls.com. Once the incorrect product has been returned, Johnston Original Artdolls will ship the correct pro9duct or replacement product at our expense. If the customer desires a refund, they may opt to receive an in-house credit that will be applied to their next order.
